Thank you for registering for the Virtual 2020 PSA Annual Meeting! We are excited to host PSA’s first ever, virtual meeting! Below you will find helpful information on what to expect and what you should be sure to see and do while you are here. If you have any questions during the meeting, please visit the PSA Help Desk, located in the lobby.
Lobby – Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the PSA Annual Meeting Lobby. Here you have access to everything available in the platform. Please note the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the screen. This toolbar is available in every room to help you navigate around the platform. There is also hanging navigational signage, like you would see in a traditional convention center, to make navigation easier.
Resource Center – Enter the Resource Center to get access to the Program Book, Job Board (check out the FREE 2-week job listing!), and T-shirt sales…get yours before they sell out!
Networking Lounge – Enter the Networking Lounge to gain access to the PSA social events.

Chat Function – Throughout the entire platform there is the ability to private chat with an attendee or create chat groups. You can do this by going to the attendee list and clicking on the “chat icon” next to the attendee you wish to chat with. From the chat screen you can add additional individuals to your chat.
Please note that attendees listed in the chat are those who have logged into the platform at least once.
Gamification – Throughout the meeting platform there are hidden graphics and icons. When you discover one of these treasures, click on it to earn points. The three attendees with the most points at the end of the meeting will receive a free registration to the 2021 PSA Annual Meeting in Omaha, July 19-22, 2021. Please note that some graphics/icons earn more points than others.
PSA Help Desk – If you are experiencing technical issues, can’t find something or just have a general question, please visit the PSA Help Desk. Platform technicians will be available throughout the meeting to help with any technical issues, select Technical Assistance for this kind of aid. PSA staff will also be available throughout the meeting to help you with any other requests or questions you might have, to connect with staff about non-technical issues, select PSA Staff Chat.
